Just some healthier living info for you guys...

Walnuts are a high source of Omega 3's

 Almonds Reduce Cholesterol

Macadamia's provide more fiber than most nuts

Yogurt is a good source of calcium, go for Greek; it has more protein

Blueberries boost your metabolism and lower blood pressure.

Whole Grain Breads pack in the fiber we need along with iron and vitamin B
(men over 30, 28-35grams should be the daily intake)

Leafy Greens provide plenty of calcium for healthier bones with close to zero calories
