Story according to The Daily News:

Cops busted 24-year-old Peter Cory Pankey — a k a Cory Gunz, star of the reality show “Son of a Gun’’ — for allegedly packing a loaded handgun, officials said yesterday.
Pankey was arrested after officers rushed to the corner of Boynton and Westchester avenues on Saturday afternoon when a 911 caller reported two men fighting.
The brawlers fled, and officers canvassed the neighborhood looking for men who fit witness descriptions.
Police came upon one of them — Pankey — and found a loaded, 9mm semiautomatic Taurus on him, law-enforcement sources said. The gun allegedly was unlicensed.
Pankey lives in The Bronx, about a mile away.
He was booked on suspicion of criminal possession of a weapon.

Cory Gunz responds after being bailed out in less than 48hours:

"This was a big mistake on my part. I didn’t have any intentions of harming anyone or committing a criminal activity. So many young people look up to me and I need to fight though this. It’s been really hard, really stressful. When the smoke finally clears people will understand what was going on.”

Though most may think holding a person down has much to do with monetary support, this statement has little to none to do with finances. It's more of an emotional thing. Be that support system, that uplifting person that your special one needs and I guarantee that person will go to the end of earth for you. Ladies, cater to your man... I mean you guys follow everything else Beyonce says, so why not that too.

So many men along with myself are guilty of calling women crazy.... well, to us men women are. Men are simple, women are complex. We don't understand their thoughts so we think they're crazy although we love them so much. Ask a man a question and you will get an answer, what that answer means is exactly what he said no more to it. Now ask a woman "what's for dinner" the response may be "whatever I cook" or "you're lucky if I cook".... ladies stop laughing, you know this is true!!!

Men, we also need to cater to our women. It's a little different though... instead of tuning her out when she's talking about Latisha the beautician, listen to her because something that Latisha said is going to come back up. For some reason women get very angry when you don't remember what she said in a conversation. Catering can also consist of going to Target or Walmart with her... just go, act interested while you're there too.

Now if each person holds one another down, then the tension is to a minimum. Both of you guys are always looking out for the other's best interest in every aspect.... Just my thoughts.

A few months back I purchased some jeans... I'm a grab and go type of guy by the way. The first time I put them on my daughter said to me "Dad, I see you in them skinny jeans... cute" so I took them off. The next time I was in Philly for a beat battle, there for 2 days so I brought 2 pairs of jeans.... long story short I'm standing against the railing of vip and over the mic my homie J Hatch says "Esco, skinny jeans???" What I realized was I was wearing these jeans wrong, not made to be worn with boots.... Below are some of the pants that I've become a fan of and in that mix are the jeans I made a reference to. Not sure when but showing your ankles has become the "in-thing." They're called cropped pants by the way, not skinny jeans... Salute to Nickelson Wooster (Men's Fashion Director Neiman's NYC) who first displayed how to pull it off in my eyes!!!

THOUGHT OF THE DAY...

Throughout my day I usually say words of inspiration to myself along with others. We all need inspiration... right? Daily, I repeat Be Kind. These two words is an extremely difficult task for me. Be Kind..... digest what I'm saying to you. In my life I was raised to say exactly how I feel; say what I am thinking. As an adult I have come to realize that between my thoughts and tongue there isn't a filter. Growing up, my mom didn't have a filter and neither does her mother. So there aren't any real examples in my life of the action of Being Kind. The odd part of this situation is that I was blessed to have a sister who expresses this action to the fullest. I have never seen my sister angry or even bothered by anyone or anything. Always Kind no matter the situation. I wonder if she tells herself to Be Kind??

Being Kind is so simple but difficult at the same time. Words hurt, they really do.... to take it upon yourself to uplift the next man or say positive words of inspiration instead is such a great feeling. Living is not always about yourself, but the impact you may have on the next person/people. The act of Kindness towards the next person may change their day or even life.

So, I woke up this morning thinking about sexiness... Those little quirky things I find so sexy about a woman. Those of you who know me and are reading this probably are thinking at some point I will say something about a big butt. Well, let's get that out of the way now, I Love A Great Ratio(booty:waist). Now that we're done with that, some of the more importantly sexy things about women that us guys never express usually has nothing to do with physical looks. Of course we all are physically attracted to a person but I strongly feel to keep that attraction there is more to it.... attitudes, scent, walk, voice, goals just to name a few.

Got to love a woman with a strong personality and can make great decisions on her own while achieving goals that she has set out to achieve. However a woman that knows how to Let A Man Be A Man; Do His Man Thing... my God!!! When I say that, I mean a woman that has no problem with allowing her man to take garbage out, shovel the snow, take the son to the barbershop, maintain the cars... you know man stuff. We take great pride in these things. All the while she is doing her Woman Thing... keeping the home cleaned, taking care of the kids, making sure her man is happy. This woman must also be happy for these ideals to work out. Usually simple things will keep her happy such as long talks, longer listens, subtle compliments...

As far as the scent goes, ladies choose wisely. I have been a fan of Lotus... you know the flower bomb until Wale's smash song and the smell has become too popular. In recent days, Sexual Sugar by Michel Germain is what drives me crazy. This smell literally says eat me, I'm sexy!!! The walk and what she chooses to walk in is very important as well... sneakers do nothing for me, I barely wear them anymore. That walk in a pump, stiletto or wedge tho, along with the "I'm sexy and I know it" look on her face.... sheesh!!!! This is the type of woman that you never even realized she's only 5'1.... the whole time you thought she was 5'6. Also, delivery is everything. How words are said means so much more than what is being said. ex: "I love you and everything about you [insert name]" is far greater than "boy, you know I love ya."

Ladies, preserve your sexiness!!! Yes, us guys do pay attention.

THOUGHT OF THE DAY.....

This was posted yesterday but has really been on my mind. In the past three months, I have been to three funerals. The last funeral (1.20.12)was that of a good friend. My friend passed away at the age of 31 from stupid cancer..... the thoughts of passing at such a young age has made my thoughts on living totally change. As I type, I can only recollect the many emotions I have gone thru this past week. If you're reading this, do yourself a favor.... LIVE!!!!
